Thank you for your patience as we continue to deal with last week’s attack on our IT systems. All of our depots, hubs and facilities around the globe are open, operational and working to quickly clear any backlogs. The majority of our services are now available.

Where is my shipment?

Unfortunately, Track & Trace still isn't up to date. For now, we recommend downloading our app at TNT.com/download-app. This won’t currently give you more accurate information but it will mean you’ll receive a notification directly to your mobile as soon as your shipment’s status does change.

Is my shipment safe?

We understand many of you have concerns about the safety and status of your shipments. Rest assured, even if the tracking status you see is incorrect, your shipment is still safe within our network. It will be delivered as soon as possible.

Should I call Customer Service about my shipment’s status?

Our Customer Service team is currently relying on the same information that’s pushed to the TNT app. At the moment, we’d recommend downloading the app at TNT.com/download-app instead of calling. This won’t currently give you more accurate information but it will mean you’ll receive a notification directly to your mobile as soon as your shipment’s status does change.

Can I still book shipments?

Yes. We’re continuing to collect and deliver shipments globally. However, there may be some delays and restrictions in the short-term. That said, our operations within Europe are now largely running as normal. Finally, import shipments and shipments of dangerous goods can only be booked through Customer Service. You can find your local contact number below.

How can I book?

You can book online if you have a myTNT account. Alternatively, call Customer Service to book over the phone. You can find your local contact number below.

Can I still request a redelivery for my shipment?

You can. However, our redelivery tool isn’t working at the moment. To request a redelivery, you’ll need to call Customer Service. You can find your local contact number below.

Can I still register for a myTNT account?

New myTNT accounts can't be created at the moment. Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

I still have questions. How can I get in touch?

Call Customer Service. You’ll find the number for your local office in the list below. Please be aware that our team is currently dealing with a lot of calls. You may have to wait a bit longer than usual before getting through.

Finally, thank you for your patience as we continue to deal with this difficult situation. We apologise once again for any inconvenience it may have caused.
